HSE Assurance (HSEA) is an Australian owned business serving east coast capital cities, regional centres, and surrounding areas. We partner with our clients to provide full-cycle HSE and compliance solutions, through HSE audits, inspections, and advice as required to ensure your health, safety and environmental compliance. More than inspectors, our team are industry experienced HSE professionals who understand how HSE systems perform in the real world. Our approach combines regulatory expertise, a strong commitment to detail, and practical application of risk management.
Our mission
Our mission is to raise the standard of health, safety and environmental compliance by delivering detailed, risk-focused inspections and assurance that go beyond minimum requirements. We partner with businesses to assist them to understand and manage their real-world risk, not just satisfy "tick-and-flick" checklists. Through professional HSE expertise, practical insight, and attention to detail, HSE Assurance works to prevent incidents, protect people, and support organisations in meeting their duty of care with confidence.
Why we exist
Over the years, we've observed numerous providers "ticking the box" but not managing the risk. We've also seen clients having to juggle several providers to meet their inspection and test obligations. This leads to unnecessary and disruptive visits to site and exessive costs.
We've come to disrupt the HSE inspection and testing industry where inspections are rushed, servicing is superficial, and critical risks are missed. The consequences of poor compliance can be serious — injuries, and in some cases, fatalities, as well as asset damage, loss of production, overcharging, and providers not adding value. HSE Assurance was established to raise the standard. We believe compliance should be detailed, informed, and accountable. Our focus is not just meeting minimum requirements, but understanding and managing risk, and adding value to our clients.
