1
Site Review & Asset Identification
We start by reviewing your workplace layout, activities, and risk profile to identify all first aid kits and spill kits in use. This includes assessing kit locations, accessibility, signage, contents, and suitability for the hazards present. We also confirm the type and number of kits based on workforce size, industry standards, and WHS obligations, ensuring emergency equipment is appropriate for real workplace risks - not just minimum requirements.

2
Inspection & Inventory Check
Each first aid and spill kit is inspected item by item to ensure contents are complete, in-date, and fit for use in the event of an emergency. Expired, missing, or damaged items are identified and recorded. Kits that do not meet requirements are flagged for restocking or replacement, ensuring they are ready for immediate use in an emergency.

3
Maintenance, Restocking & Labelling
Where required, kits are restocked with compliant, fit-for-purpose contents and clearly labelled with inspection dates and service details. We ensure all kits meet Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, and industry guidance. Maintenance is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations, ensuring emergency equipment remains reliable, compliant, and easy to locate when needed.

4
Ongoing Compliance & Support
Following inspections, we provide clear records detailing kit status, maintenance actions, and recommended improvements. Documentation supports WHS audits, insurance requirements, and internal safety systems. As part of our ongoing HSE and compliance approach, we track inspection intervals and integrate first aid and spill kit servicing into your broader HSE program, with experts available to provide guidance on emergency preparedness and continuous improvement.
