Workplace Hazard & Compliance Inspection

1
Site Familiarisation & Scope Definition
We start by reviewing your workplace, operations, and industry-specific risks to define the inspection scope. This includes assessing work activities, plant and equipment, traffic movements, hazardous substances, and workforce exposure, alongside relevant WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and internal procedures. This ensures inspections target real operational risks and legal obligations - not just a generic checklist.

2
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
We conduct a detailed on-site inspection to identify hazards across physical, operational, and behavioural areas. This includes plant and equipment, manual handling, working at height, electrical safety, traffic management, emergency preparedness, and environmental risks where applicable. Hazards are assessed based on likelihood and consequence to prioritise risk, providing a clear picture of where risks exist and how effectively they are controlled.

3
Compliance Review & Findings
We assess identified hazards and existing controls against WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and industry guidance. Compliance gaps and areas for improvement are clearly documented, with immediate risks highlighted for prompt action. Our findings focus on both legal compliance and practical effectiveness, helping you understand not just what is non-compliant, but why it matters.

4
Reporting, Recommendations & Ongoing Support
Following the inspection, we provide a clear, structured report detailing hazards, risk ratings, compliance status, and recommended corrective actions. Recommendations are practical, prioritised, and tailored to your operations. As part of our full-cycle HSE and compliance approach, we support implementation of corrective actions, follow-up inspections, and ongoing assurance to help embed sustainable safety improvements.
