1
Site Review & Racking Identification
We begin by reviewing your warehouse or storage facility and identifying all pallet racking systems in use. This includes assessing racking configuration, load ratings, beam levels, and operational factors such as forklift traffic, aisle widths, and storage practices. Environmental conditions and usage patterns are also considered to ensure inspections reflect how the racking is actually used, not just how it was designed.

2
Detailed Structural Inspection
Each racking system is inspected in line with Australian Standards and industry guidance to identify damage, deformation, corrosion, or missing components. Uprights, beams, connectors, anchors, bracing, signage, and safety accessories are checked for compliance and structural integrity. Damage is classified by severity to prioritise corrective action, and unsafe racking is clearly identified to prevent continued use and reduce the risk of collapse, product damage, or injury.

3
Reporting & Compliance Documentation
Following inspection, we provide detailed reports outlining racking condition, damage classification, and corrective actions. Reports include photographic evidence where required and guidance on repair, replacement, or load restrictions. All documentation is maintained in line with Australian Standards and WHS obligations, supporting audits, insurance requirements, and regulatory inspections. Our reporting focuses on risk and consequence, not just compliance, enabling informed operational decisions.

4
Ongoing Compliance & Support
As part of our full-cycle HSE and compliance approach, we support ongoing inspection schedules, including annual racking inspections and follow-up reviews. We work around your operations, including after-hours or low-disruption servicing where required, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure your organisation's racking remains effective and compliant.
