1
Site Review & Asset Identification
We start by reviewing your workplace, operational environment, and the electrical equipment in use. This includes identifying all portable electrical appliances requiring testing and assessing how and where they are used. Environmental factors such as moisture, dust, vibration, and frequency of use are considered to ensure inspection intervals and testing requirements align with Australian Standards and real workplace conditions.

2
Inspection & Electrical Testing
Each item is visually inspected for signs of damage, wear, or defects before being electrically tested using calibrated, compliant equipment. Testing includes insulation resistance, earth continuity, polarity, and overall electrical safety. Compliant items are clearly tagged with identification and retest dates, while any defective equipment is isolated and reported to prevent continued use and reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or equipment failure.

3
Reporting & Compliance Documentation
Following testing, we provide detailed records for all inspected items, including pass/fail results, identified defects, and corrective recommendations where required. All documentation is maintained in line with Australian Standards and WHS obligations, supporting audits, insurance requirements, and regulatory inspections.

4
Ongoing Compliance & Support
As part of our full-cycle compliance approach, we support ongoing electrical safety by managing retest intervals and integrating tag and test into your broader compliance schedule. We work around your operations, including after-hours or low-disruption servicing where required, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure electrical safety remains effective and compliant in your organisation.
